01

Know which service you are using

Superbuy’s public guidance draws a clear line between Shopping Agent and Parcel Forwarding. With Shopping Agent, Superbuy places the order with the seller. With Parcel Forwarding, you or another party purchases the goods and sends them to a Superbuy warehouse. A product bought through Superbuy’s shopping-agent workflow does not need a second forwarding declaration.

This difference changes responsibility at the first mile. When you purchase independently, you control the seller address, recipient details, domestic tracking number and product information supplied to the warehouse. Superbuy cannot automatically rebuild those facts from an order it never placed. Start a separate intake row for every seller parcel. Record the forwarding reference, seller name, item description, quantity, warehouse and domestic tracking number. That row becomes the bridge between your marketplace payment and the later warehouse record.

02

Select the warehouse before paying the seller

Do not copy a warehouse address from an old screenshot, message or previous order. Open Parcel Forwarding in the current Superbuy account and use the address displayed under the warehouse-address area. Superbuy’s forwarding guide currently directs mainland-China outbound goods to its Shenzhen warehouse and goods originating from Hong Kong to its Hong Kong warehouse. The account screen remains the controlling source because availability and instructions can change.

Treat the recipient line as data, not decoration. Superbuy states that each user address ends with a unique identification number that helps locate a parcel in unusual circumstances. Copy the full recipient and address exactly, including that suffix. Before checkout, compare the marketplace delivery address character by character with the Superbuy screen. A valid street address without the personal identifier can still create a matching problem because the carton may reach the building without clearly identifying its owner.

03

Predeclare what is coming

Superbuy asks users to complete the forwarded-item information and submit it for review so the service can assess whether the item can be handled. If you already have the product and parcel, enter the item name and type. If you are buying from a Chinese business-to-consumer website, the official guide says the product link can be pasted into the relevant form.

Describe the physical item rather than relying on the seller’s promotional title. “Men’s jacket, polyester, one piece” is more useful for intake and route screening than a translated collection name. Record quantity, material or power source when relevant, and any characteristic that could affect delivery eligibility. A vague declaration does not make a sensitive item ordinary; it only postpones the discovery until the parcel reaches the warehouse. Submit the review before asking the seller to dispatch. Superbuy’s public page currently says this information review is completed within one business day and reported through the account inbox.

04

Build a seller-to-warehouse manifest

One marketplace order can become several domestic parcels, while several purchases can sometimes be combined by a seller. Your spreadsheet must follow cartons, not checkout pages. Give each expected carton its own line with the marketplace order number, forwarding reference, item list, quantity, seller, expected carrier and tracking number. If the seller later splits the shipment, create another line instead of placing two numbers in one cell.

Add a simple status sequence: reviewed, address confirmed, seller dispatched, tracking entered, carrier delivered, warehouse stocked and discrepancy resolved. This exposes the missing handoff. For example, a carrier may show delivery, but the tracking number may never have been linked to the forwarding record. Conversely, a record marked “shipped” in Superbuy does not prove the domestic carrier has completed delivery. Separate platform status from carrier evidence so you know which party to contact.

05

Control the seller’s domestic label

Send the seller only the exact address generated for the intended warehouse. Ask them not to remove or shorten the recipient identifier. If the marketplace limits recipient-name length, check the result before payment and use the current Superbuy guidance or support channel to resolve the format rather than inventing an abbreviation. Preserve a screenshot of the final delivery address shown on the seller order.

Superbuy’s forwarding guide currently tells users to send an approved parcel to the selected warehouse within 15 business days and complete the logistics information online before the forwarding entry expires. Treat that as an operational window, not a promised transit time. Seller handling and domestic carriage are separate. If dispatch will be delayed, review the live forwarding record instead of assuming the old approval remains available indefinitely. A fresh declaration is easier to manage than a carton arriving against an expired or incorrect record.

06

Enter tracking as soon as it becomes real

Wait for the seller to provide an actual carrier and tracking number, then enter both into the corresponding forwarding record. Do not use a marketplace order number in the tracking field. Superbuy says the forwarding order status changes to “Shipped” after logistics information is completed, and the data can still be viewed or modified. That status confirms your entry; it does not guarantee that the carton is moving correctly.

Check the first carrier scan, route and final delivery scan. If the seller changes the tracking number, update the Superbuy record and retain the old-to-new mapping. When a domestic parcel is delivered but not stocked, prepare one compact enquiry: forwarding reference, complete tracking history, delivery time, carrier, seller order and the item manifest. Avoid opening several reports with different descriptions. A consistent record gives warehouse support a usable search key and reduces the chance that two cartons are mistaken for one unresolved case.

07

Reconcile warehouse intake, not just arrival

According to Superbuy’s guide, a forwarded item is weighed and inspected on receipt, then displayed in My Warehouse after stock-in. The same page contains wording about inspection that can sound broader than the operational limitation it also states: the warehouse may confirm item number and name, but it is not a substitute for professional product inspection. Treat the actual photos and status shown for your item as the evidence.

Compare the warehouse record with your manifest: carton count, product type, quantity, visible model or size label, weight and any obvious external damage. If one seller carton contained several items, confirm that each expected component appears. Raise a focused enquiry while the domestic tracking and seller messages are still easy to retrieve. State the expected fact and the observed fact. “Expected two black adapters; warehouse photos show one” is more actionable than “my parcel is wrong.”

08

Close intake before planning international delivery

Do not submit the international parcel merely because something appears in My Warehouse. First mark every inbound line as matched, short, damaged, unknown or waiting. Resolve unidentified cartons and quantity differences before consolidation; once several orders are packed together, the evidence trail becomes harder to separate. Then decide which stocked items belong in the same outbound parcel using the live route results and restrictions shown in the account.

Superbuy currently describes 90 days of free storage and allows users to accumulate items for consolidation, but the warehouse display should be checked for the applicable dates and conditions. Use the intake date as a planning anchor, not a reason to wait until the last moment. A clean forwarding workflow ends with a reconciled warehouse inventory: every domestic tracking number is matched, every discrepancy has an owner, and only verified items move into international shipping planning.

PRACTICAL FAQ

Questions buyers ask about forwarded parcels

Is Parcel Forwarding the same as Shopping Agent? +

No. In forwarding, you purchase the goods and send them to the warehouse. In shopping-agent service, Superbuy places the seller order for you.

Do shopping-agent orders need a forwarding declaration? +

No. Superbuy’s official guidance says products purchased through its shopping-agent service do not need to be submitted again for parcel forwarding.

Where should I copy the warehouse address from? +

Use the current address displayed inside your Superbuy Parcel Forwarding account area, not an old screenshot or address from another user.

Why is the identifier at the end of the address important? +

It helps the warehouse connect an arriving carton with your account, especially when the seller’s external label contains no Superbuy order context.

Should I ship before the item review is complete? +

No. Submit the item information first and wait for the review result so handling or shipping concerns are identified before dispatch.

What if one seller order has two tracking numbers? +

Track each carton separately. Create a distinct manifest line and make sure each number is linked to the appropriate forwarding record.

Does “Shipped” mean the warehouse received it? +

Not necessarily. In the forwarding guide, that status follows completion of logistics information. Use carrier delivery and warehouse stock-in as separate checkpoints.

What evidence helps with a missing intake? +

Keep the forwarding reference, domestic tracking history, carrier delivery scan, seller order, final warehouse address and an item-level manifest.

Research note

Written from current public Superbuy Parcel Forwarding, user guidance and service-agreement information checked on September 6, 2026. Warehouse addresses, review availability and account instructions can change, so the live forwarding screen should control a real shipment.
